1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 29x777 website, mobile-optimised platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "29x777 Platform" or "Platform"). The Platform is operated under the 29x777 brand.

By registering an account, accessing any page of the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not register, access, or use the 29x777 Platform in any capacity whatsoever.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration & KYC

3.1 Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 29x777 Platform. Opening duplicate accounts is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number (or valid email address), and any other information requested. You are obligated to keep this information up to date. 29x777 shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by the account holder.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In accordance with our obligations under applicable anti-money laundering and fraud prevention standards, 29x777 requires all accounts to complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. KYC verification requires submission of:

• A clear copy of your valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), both sides;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., JazzCash or Easypaisa account confirmation, bank statement header);
• Any additional documentation 29x777 may request at its reasonable discretion.

Accounts that have not completed KYC may deposit and play, but withdrawals will be held until verification is satisfactorily completed. 29x777 reserves the right to request KYC re-verification at any point during the account lifecycle.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 29x777 will never ask for your password via any channel. You must notify 29x777 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. All activity conducted through your account credentials is your responsibility unless you can demonstrate that unauthorised access occurred due to a security failure on the part of 29x777.

4. Deposits & Payments

The 29x777 Platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, balances, bets, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is required for Pakistani players using supported local payment methods.

Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed in the Cashier section at the time of transaction.

Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source is not owned by the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for account closure and forfeiture of associated funds.

29x777 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. 29x777 is not responsible for fees imposed by third-party payment processors.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after KYC verification is complete. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for deposits wherever operationally possible. 29x777 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the Cashier section. Standard withdrawal processing is completed within the timeframe stated in the Cashier for each method. 29x777 does not guarantee processing within any specific timeframe in cases where additional verification is required.

29x777 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending investigation if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Any funds identified as proceeds of fraud or policy violation may be forfeited.

Withdrawal requests that would reduce the account balance below any applicable minimum balance threshold may be declined until the full withdrawal amount is available.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

29x777 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, or other promotions from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are communicated at the time the offer is made and form part of these Terms upon acceptance of the offer.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all 29x777 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. One bonus of each type per household, device, IP address, or payment method applies unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games are specified in the promotion terms.
• 29x777 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes shall not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 29x777 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product — sportsbook, casino, crash games, and other sections each have their own detailed rules, available within the respective product sections of the Platform.

A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the 29x777 system. Where a technical error occurs during bet placement that results in an unconfirmed bet, 29x777 is not liable for any resulting loss. Any bet placed after an event has started in circumstances where pre-match odds have been incorrectly displayed due to a system error may be voided at 29x777's discretion.

29x777 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of system malfunction, data corruption, or where the integrity of the outcome is reasonably in doubt. In such cases, stakes are returned to the player's account.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per game, as displayed within each product. 29x777 reserves the right to limit stakes or markets for any individual account where unusual betting patterns are detected.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 29x777 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point, including during registration or KYC.
• Opening or operating more than one account, or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit any feature.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in multiplayer games.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disassemble, or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an advantage. Any winnings arising from exploiting a known or unknown bug must be reported immediately and may be forfeited.
• Using the Platform in connection with any illegal activity, including money laundering or financing of any kind.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward 29x777 staff, agents, or other players.

29x777 may take any or all of the following actions against accounts found to be in breach of this clause: immediate suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, reporting to relevant authorities, and civil or criminal proceedings.

9. Responsible Gaming

29x777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It is not, and should never be treated as, a source of income or a method for addressing financial difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 29x777 players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period before they can be increased.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 29x777 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was not caused by a security failure attributable to 29x777;
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform caused by factors outside 29x777's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, or third-party service provider issues;
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform that is later found to be erroneous, provided that 29x777 corrects such errors within a reasonable timeframe upon discovery.

In all cases where 29x777's liability is established, the maximum aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

29x777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to withhold or forfeit any balance held in that account, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited software;
• A court order, regulatory direction, or instruction from a competent authority;
• Risk management or legal compliance requirements.

Where a player's account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 29x777 support. Voluntary closure does not constitute self-exclusion — players who wish to be excluded from gambling products must use the self-exclusion tool.

13. Amendments to These Terms

29x777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 29x777 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, 29x777 will communicate its dispute resolution process to the affected player upon request.
